DESCRIPTION:Presented by ArtWalksCLT\nWhen: July 25 (11am)\nWhere: Dupp & Swat (1824 Statesville Ave #105\, Charlotte\, NC 28206) \n\n\nFollowing a 45-minute mural walk facilitated by Anne Low and a mural artist\, you will lead a reflective\, hands-on journaling session focused on observing and responding to street art. Participants will be introduced to street art journaling techniques such as quick sketching\, lettering\, note-taking\, and mixed-media layering. Using a provided journal or sketchbook\, attendees will document textures\, symbols\, colors\, and messages from the murals\, creating a personal visual record that blends drawing\, writing\, and collage inspired by the surrounding artwork.  Participants will have a kneadable eraser and stamp pad to collect textures during the mural walk.
