Open to all skill levels\, the class provides accessible instruction in proper hand technique\, traditional rhythmic patterns\, and ensemble playing – encouraging both individual creativity and collaborative learning. \nRooted in cultural authenticity and respect\, the program blends music education\, physical activity\, and cross-cultural exploration. Participants gain not only musical skills\, but also a deeper understanding of the cultural significance and historical context of West African drumming.
