For Adolescents.

Neighbors of all abilities are invited for Community Grooves, a 4-week series to explore songs & instruments in connection with how music can help express & manage emotions. Participants are welcome to enjoy music-making to improve their day & connection to the community, led by staff from Piedmont Music Therapy. No prior musical experience required.
